Items that are new and unopened with original packaging and accessories are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery to Klayre Essence for a full refund. Klayre Essence only accepts returns for items purchased directly from klayreessence.com

In order to complete your return, we require prior notification and return authorization.

Klayre Essence will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify your refund request has been approved or decline.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third-party products.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
